The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for Registered or Clinical Psychologists who are passionate about delivering meaningful care via telehealth. Whether you're looking to supplement your private practice or prefer to work fully remotely, Wombat offers a supportive environment, streamlined tools, and a client-first approach.

What You'll Do

- Provide online therapy and assessments to clients across Australia via secure telehealth platform

- Work with a caseload primarily focused on trauma, burnout, and stress-related concerns

- Utilise EMDR and other evidence-based approaches where appropriate

- Manage a flexible caseload based on your availability

- Maintain clinical notes and documentation through our intuitive AI-powered software

- Engage with our Australian-based support team for admin assistance, referrals, and technical support

- Uphold professional standards and comply with ethical and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

- AHPRA-registered Psychologist (General Registration or Clinical Endorsement)

- Minimum 1 year post-registration clinical experience

- EMDR trained or experienced in trauma-focused therapy

- Confidence in using digital tools and providing therapy via video

- A reliable internet connection and quiet, professional space to conduct sessions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated, compassionate, and client-focused
